Capacity Building (Community Development Consultancy)

Capacity building has fast become a buzz word among non-profits and support providers such as funders and consultants, that provide services to nonprofits. There are many definitions for capacity building, at account3 we mean "actions that improve effectiveness and enhance an organisation’s ability to work towards its mission”.
